Gillian Higgins is a barrister and meditation teacher, qualifying with the British School of Meditation in 2016. She has been meditating for the past 4 years and is passionate about using meditation practically in the workplace.
Last year, she designed and led meditation sessions for barristers, solicitors, mediators and accountants at both Gray's Inn and the Chambers of 9 Bedford Row in London. Currently, she teaches Practical Meditation at Cowdray Hall in West Sussex.
She is an international criminal law barrister and specialises in war crimes and crimes against humanity at an international level having appeared before the International Criminal Court and the UN ad-hoc International Tribunals in The Hague and Tanzania. She practices from The Chambers of 9 Bedford Row and is recognised as a leading advocate in her field. She is also an accredited civil and commercial mediator to international standard.
